Queensland Trade and Investment Commissioner – Europe
Linda was appointed to lead the London office in July 2017. She brings to the role a wealth of experience in senior leadership and management, government relations, business development, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement, in both the public and private sectors. As a former long-serving director-general with the Queensland Government, she oversaw enhanced service delivery across a range of portfolios, including housing, education, health, community services, Indigenous policy and the arts.
Linda has also served as a non-executive company director and board chair for a range of independent organisations in fields including superannuation, urban planning and research, housing and homelessness, health and welfare, children’s and disability services, and library services. She was most recently the Chair of Screen Queensland, Queensland’s premier film investment-attraction agency.

Deputy Trade and Investment Commissioner
Warren joined TIQ in January 2015 to support the London office in achieving key sectoral priorities in the UK and European markets.
Warren previously worked as a Senior Business Development Manager for the Mayor of London’s promotional agency, London & Partners. His role there was to identify foreign direct investment business opportunities for Queensland companies operating in London and accessing European markets. During his time at London & Partners, he led sector teams in the areas of infrastructure and life sciences.
Warren is a dual UK–Australian citizen, and has also worked as an investment manager and export sales manager for a number of companies in Australia.

Business Development Manager
Pauline joined the London team in 2012, and focuses on the food and agriculture; mining; renewables; and medtech sectors. She has extensive experience in trade and investment promotion, and specialises in Russia, the European Union, Turkey, the Caspian, and Central Asia.
Pauline was previously Senior International Markets Policy Adviser at the Confederation of British Industry. She has also worked in the International Trade Team at the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and on other markets such as Brazil, Mexico, Mongolia, South East Asia, Korea and Japan.

Lauren-Lee joined the London team in February 2014. She has had extensive administration, management support and global business experience. Lauren-Lee brings to this role 20 years’ experience in the private sector in a range of industries, including the financial, insurance and legal sectors. Originally from South Africa, she lived in Australia before moving to the UK and joining our team.

Roshan joined the London team in July 2005. Originally from Taiwan, she completed a degree in professional accounting at the University of Texas before moving to the UK. Roshan is the longest serving staff member in our team and has a wealth of corporate knowledge.
