Employers and IET providers discuss nurturing talent and building global teams

The Nurturing Talent for Global Teams breakfast held on 21 October brought together Queensland employers and education employability experts to discuss how Study Queensland and the international education and training industry can better engage, recognise and reward businesses for their contribution to nurturing global talent.

Nannette Ripmeester, Study Queensland’s Innovator in Residence was invited as a guest speaker to share her insights into the benefits of building diverse and globally-minded teams.

Together, employers and providers identified and developed great insights into the Study Queensland Talent Program and how best to deliver programs that will enhance employability outcomes for students.
