Background
Trade and Investment Queensland (TIQ) is the Queensland Government’s dedicated global business agency, helping Queensland exporters take their products to world markets and promoting Queensland as the perfect place for investment.
Our network includes 18 global and eight regional Queensland offices supporting trade and investment outcomes aligned with Queensland Government priorities. Study Queensland and Migration Queensland also form part of the state's key international education and training and talent attraction activities.
Trade and Investment Queensland is seeking to commission a First Nations artist to create a visual identity to support the agency's Acknowledgment of Country and First Nations narrative.
To be eligible
The artist or artists must be Queensland based and identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
Hold a current ABN
Hold Public Liability Insurance ($1 million) per claim (desirable)
Project deliverables
Digital artwork
Guidelines and narrative
Physical artwork (approx. 1200 x 1200)
Participation in filming
Usage rights for 5 years + optional 5 years extension
Submission requirements
Artist bio & link to portfolio of relevant work
Detailed quote broken into:
1) Artwork development & consultation & participation in filming
2) Digital artwork files, guideline and narrative
3) Physical artwork production
4) Usage rights 5 years + optional 5 years extension
