What they achieved
CQU now recruits students from all states in India.
How they did it
CQU established a third-party office in Gurugram (formerly Gurgaon) to focus on logistics and recruitment in India. This allowed them to be closer to the students and their Indian agent and make the interactions more personal.
The university also created a rigorous admission process to ensure their Indian students had the best chances of success in their Australian studies.
