This four-part series is designed to uplift the digital export capability of Queensland’s businesses through deep dives on preparing your business for market entry, validating international markets using demand signals, marketplace entry strategies, and fulfilling the export order.
While each webinar and workshop stands alone, the series is designed to build progressively, moving businesses from preparation and readiness through to practical delivery.

Raj de Souza is an experienced export capability, digital commerce and marketplace growth advisor.
Raj has worked with Australian, New Zealand, and global businesses across multiple stages of export readiness, from early-stage exporters through to established brands seeking market diversification. His work focuses on helping businesses use digital channels, online marketplaces, fulfilment models and demand signals to make more informed market-entry decisions.
Raj has delivered export capability workshops, webinars and mentoring programs for government and government-aligned organisations, including prior program delivery for Trade and Investment Queensland. His practical mentoring style is focused on helping businesses understand where they are now, what barriers need to be addressed, and what realistic next steps they can take to enter or scale in international markets.
