The Precinct is home to more than 50 businesses, including startups, investors, accelerators, research organisations and the Queensland AI Hub.
This free office and desk space is part of aQtivate, a Trade and Investment Queensland (TIQ) program that helps international tech companies land and expand in Queensland.

Who can apply
The aQtivate program supports fast-growing international scale-ups in new and emerging sectors to land and expand in Queensland.
aQtivate's ideal candidates should be able to demonstrate:
- revenue between AUD $3m - $50m in the previous/current financial year.
- average 3-year revenue growth rate >20%.
- a clearly articulated business case outlining your plan to create a minimum of 20+ FTE roles within 2-3 years.
- be willing to maintain an ongoing relationship with us.
