Attendees will gain actionable insights into conducting technology and AI audits, aligning technology and AI objectives with business strategy, and documenting compliance measures: key factors in building trust with global partners and regulators. By fostering a culture of legal compliance and innovation, this presentation enables Queensland businesses to confidently pursue new markets, mitigate regulatory risks, and capitalise on emerging opportunities in the digital economy.
Attendees leave with actionable tools to support domestic and international expansion: data-flow mapping across jurisdictions; template clauses for offshore processing and audit rights; checklists for supplier due diligence and incident escalation; guidance to update privacy policies ahead of the 10 December 2026 reforms; and practical measures for edge computing to minimise data export and latency in regional operations.

Understand your technology, international privacy and data compliance, and IP protection.
